Meyer created Circulon in 1985 and was the initial hard-anodized non-stick cookware. Our engineers were the primary within the industry to mix the superior strength and heat distribution of hard-anodized aluminium with a durable non-stick system, creating a novel and unprecedented kind of cookware. The TOTAL non-stick system, with its integral hi-low groove design, cooks and releases food on the complete surface of the pan – raised circles allow a fraction of the cooking surface to require the abuse of utensils, protecting the bulk of the cooking surface from abrasion.
